Tons Amount of Information for SoD Phase 2

Once again, it's been a day filled with an overwhelming amount of information. The leading World of Warcraft news website Wowhead has released numerous interviews with the game community regarding the design of the Season of discovery. Below, MMOJUGG has highlighted the key points to share with everyone.
I. PvP-Some adjustments have been made to non-honorable kills, such as certain AOE effects not flagging civilians into combat.
-Exiting The Blood Moon PvP will not phase players out, but it will prevent same-faction players from being hostile. However, opposing faction players can still attack you, and there are no Blood Moon rewards.
-Vigilance against player headhunting during The Blood Moon Event will be maintained; PvP shouldn't be treated like PvE.-There are no world bosses in Phase 2, but there are "Chosen of the Blood God" in Stranglethorn Vale, who are powerful and dangerous enemies.-There are no plans to introduce battleground scaling.-The Bloodlash Bow's effect is an equipment effect, which melee hits can also trigger.
-Greater Insignia of the Alliance and Greater Insignia of the Horde require Rank 5. Players can easily obtain a brand-new, almost perfect trinket to break crowd control. MMOJUGG believes it's essential even for PvE players.
II. PvE-Bosses in Gnomeregan are 2 levels higher than players; later raid bosses are 3 levels higher. Therefore, +3 weapon skill gear is more than sufficient now, with potential viability retained even at level 60.
-There are no set immunities to poison or bleeding effects in Gnomeregan, but certain raid bosses may have increased resistances.-Dungeons above Uldaman are inaccessible in Phase 2, so don't plan on running Maraudon for the Seal of Ascension yet.-Each class will have 6-7 new runes in Phase 2.-Some runes require revisiting lower-level maps, while most new runes will be found in level 25-40 maps.-Phase 2 introduces quality-of-life skill books, with the possibility of more being added in future phases.-Dual talent specialization will not be available in Phase 2 but may be implemented in later phases.
III. Convenience-Stranglethorn Vale mounts can be used in any zone.-You can now carry multiple supply crates.-There are no enchantment scrolls.-Developers hinted at potential additional benefits for gathering professions.-Discoverer's Delight provides a 50% experience gain for characters below level 25, but the bonus is removed once they reach level 25. It's currently live on US servers and will be fully implemented after maintenance on all servers.
-The Void Touch storyline is still in development and may not introduce the concept of parallel universes.
IV. Other-There's currently no information on how characters will be preserved after the end of the Season of Discovery.-Blizzard advises against players trying to exploit loopholes in GDKP bans. Even if they don't look like gold bid raid at a technical level, Blizzard will still take action, and disguised god bid raid will still be targeted.-After completing the Void Pearl acquisition questline, players can purchase Avenger's Void Pearl, Invoker's Void Pearl, or Acolyte's Void Pearl from Rix Xizzix at Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale (you can find him near the harbor) for 75 gold each, but you can only equip one.
-The price of level 40 mounts in the Exploration Season has doubled. Previously, they cost 36 gold for the mount and 9 gold for riding skill, but after maintenance, they now cost 72 gold for the mount and 18 gold for riding skill.
